KERSEY – Tuesday will be the opening day of the 2022 Elk County Fair in Kersey.
The gates open at 4pm, and the fair begins with a Senior Citizen Night. Those 65 and older pay just a $5 admission while all others pay $8. Carnival rides will be open from 5 till 10pm.
An opening ceremony and the crowning of the Elk County Fair Queen for 2022 will begin at the Swanson Stage at 6pm. There will be musical entertainment by Elvis impersonator, Scott Allegretto at 7pm.
Then fireworks will light up the sky to cap off opening night at 9:30pm.
