Elk County attorney faces temporary suspension

RIDGWAY – An Elk County attorney is facing a temporary suspension.

According to the State Office of Disciplinary Council, Attorney Christopher Martini will begin serving his suspension on November 19th.

Martini had been publicly reprimanded by the disciplinary board for communicating with a client in what was considered to be a sexually explicit manner, and he was also allegedly paid by a client for appeal services that he never provided.

Martini represents clients in Elk, Jefferson, and two other northcentral Pennsylvania counties.
