DUBOIS – The DuBois Senior Little League Baseball season has now come to a close as they lost their second game in the World Series.
Facing Easley, South Carolina, DuBois fell 11-2. While this does end the season for the senior team, they were able to conquer their district, state, and regional championships in an impressive feat for the DuBois team.
“We’re proud of what our kids are doing, we really truly are,” explained Scott Frano, President of the DuBois Little League. “The process is long, I take my hat off to the coaches and to the parents.”
This was the first time the senior team went to the World Series since 1986.
