DuBOIS — A DuBois woman is facing three felony counts of drug-related charges for allegedly trying to sell heroin.
According to DuBois City Police, 47-year-old Linda Miller offered to sell drugs to a confidential informant last August. When the controlled-buy transaction was completed, DuBois City Police Drug and Vice Unit officers reportedly found that Miller had sold the informant a heroin-like substance.
Charges against Miller were filed in DuBois magisterial court, but her preliminary hearing has not yet been scheduled.
