LEWIS RUN – A DuBois woman is facing multiple charges in McKean County after she was found passed out due to suspected drug use, with three children in her car.
State Police say they arrested 28-year-old Stephanie Scanlon earlier this month, and charged her with drug-related DUI, and reckless endangerment. Scanlon was allegedly discovered unconscious in the vehicle, parked in a lot just off of Route 219. Troopers report that the three juveniles were unbuckled in the car. Scanlon is free after posting a $25,000 bail bond.
Her case is pending action in McKean County Court.
