The DuBois VFW is closed until further notice according to the VFW State Department Commander Henry Mannella.
Investigator Chester Potoski spoke to Priority Media and said recommendations will be made to the State Commander of the VFW after problems are fixed.
Re-elections will need to be done as well.
The decision to re-open will either be made at that point or they will be closed longer.
The VFW will still continue to hold post events including the Memorial Day Service at the St. Catherine’s Cemetary at 9 AM on Monday, May 29th.
Honor Guard events will also continue.
