DUBOIS – The DuBois Senior Little League is going to be battling in their second and possible last game in the Senior League World Series.
Over the weekend the Seniors fell short of Illinois in their first game 9-0, putting them into the lower bracket for the remainder of their time in the tournament.
Even making it to worlds is a huge step for our local team.
“This is an amazing group coming up through,“ explained President of the DuBois Little League Scott Frano. “By seeing them through tee-ball through all the way up, they are a tight knit group, and I’m not surprised at what they’re doing.”
Now, they play their second game against South Carolina tonight at 4pm. If they lose this game, the Seniors will be heading home. You can listen to that game live on ConnectFM.
