
DUBOIS – The DuBois Area School District has been preparing for a strong start to the school year, as we give you a look into what the school has done to get to this point.
The maintenance team has completed some major upgrades including new LED lighting, kitchen equipment, and exterior repairs at multiple schools. They still have some work to be done for the Stadium’s HVAC system.
The IT department has over 10,000 devices to keep track of, including a chromebook for every student. They have upgraded over 150 network switches and enhanced security with AI and nearly 500 cameras district-wide.
Meanwhile over 900 students in grades 7-12 are active in athletics, as the district emphasizes growth, safety, and integrity.
