HomeCrimeDuBois man will spend up to five years in prison on drug chargesDuBois man will spend up to five years in prison on drug chargesWed, October 12, 2022 by Louise BennettSHARE NOW Clearfield – A 40-year-old DuBois man was sentenced Monday to 32 months-to-five years in state prison after being found guilty in a drug case.Robert Miller III was originally scheduled to be sentenced in Clearfield County Court in June, but he didn’t show up.Miller was eventually apprehended following a car chase with police.According to court documents, Miller was found guilty of felony possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, fentanyl and carfentanil.The drugs were found in Miller’s South State Street, DuBois home in 2020.
