DUBOIS – A DuBois man will be serving two years of probation after taking a plea agreement for stealing from the DuBois YMCA.
59 year-old Rodney Walters was accused of using a work issued credit card to make around $8,200 dollars in false transactions.
After pleading guilty to theft by unlawful taking and paying all restitutions, he was sentenced to serve two years of probation.
