Clearfield, PA –
A DuBois man has been sentenced to 10 to 20 years in state prison after pleading guilty to two counts of felony sexual assault.
58-year old Jason White must also serve six years of consecutive probation, complete sexual offender counseling and register with authorities under Megan’s Law.
White faced accusations of sexually assaulting two boys, ages 5 and 6, while he was babysitting them.
The sentencing took place Monday in Clearfield County Court.
