DUBOIS – A DuBois man will spend up to a year in jail after pleading guilty to falsifying a check.
We previously reported that last December then 32 year-old Joseph Pratt had written a personal check to Ashley Furniture Store, and two other restaurants that were not in his name.
After pleading guilty to felony forgery, he has been sentenced to spend between three months and one year at the Clearfield County Jail, and pay restitution to all victims.
