DuBois man pleads guilty to taking inappropriate photos of young girl

Clearfield – A 56-year-old DuBois man has pleaded guilty to taking inappropriate photos of a nine-year-old girl.

Darin Acre was sentenced in Clearfield County Court Friday to 15 days to two years in the county jail with two years of concurrent probation.

Acre was also ordered to have no unsupervised contact with any minors.

He will have to register under Megan’s Law and is required to complete sex offender counseling.
