DuBois Man Pleads Guilty to Child Rape

DUBOIS – A DuBois man is going to spend up to twelve years in state prison after pleading guilty to raping a teen boy.

According to court documents, 69 year-old Eugene Rugh Jr. was accused of having sexual encounters with the teen boy on multiple occasions before the boy’s mother caught them in August.

Now, Rugh has pleaded guilty to rape and corruption of minors, and was sentenced to spend between six and twelve years in state prison with three years probation. He must also be filed under the sex offender registry.
