DuBois man plead guilty to methamphetamine possession

Pittsburgh – Another guilty plea in the Clearfield and Jefferson County “Return to Sender” drug ring case.

Brent Coder of DuBois has pleaded guilty in federal court to three counts of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.

55-year-old Coder is one of 47 defendants charged in the drug trafficking investigation.

The charges were based on two alleged methamphetamine sales in 2020, and the discovery of drugs and a handgun at Coder’s residence in 2021.

Coder’s sentencing will be in September when he could receive a sentence of 10 years to life in prison, plus a fine up to $10 million, or both.
