DUBOIS – Assault and disorderly conduct charges have been filed against a 30-year-old DuBois man for fighting with a police officer in the lobby of Penn Highlands DuBois.
According to Clearfield County Court documents, Henry Fuller allegedly charged, grabbed and pushed at an officer who was trying to serve a warrant.
Police report that it required four people to get Fuller restrained and put in handcuffs.
Fuller awaits a preliminary hearing in January.
He is free on $25,000 bail.
