DUBOIS – A DuBois man is now facing multiple drug charges after an undercover bust last Fall.
According to police, in October 2024 a confidential informant reached out to State Police, informing them that 35 year-old Kevin Batts was allegedly holding drugs for them.
After setting up a meet, an undercover officer met Batts where he allegedly provided them with $240 dollars worth of methamphetamines. The alleged drugs were then sent into evidence.
Now, Batts is facing felony manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to deliver, and possession of a controlled substance charges.
