DUBOIS – A DuBois man is facing almost 300 charges after police allegedly found over 250 files of child pornography.
In May of 2025 police were alerted that 36 year-old Nicholas Johnston, who was previously convicted of similar charges in 2015, had over 250 files of child pornography, including infants and toddlers uploaded to Synchronoss Technologies’s Cloud.
In December of 2025 police performed a search warrant where Johnston allegedly admitted to viewing child porn.
He is now facing almost 300 felony level child porn charges.
