Brookville, PA – Brookville Borough Police seized than $11,000 worth of heroin, meth, cash, and drug paraphernalia during a drug investigation.
The drug bust found a street value of $11,200 of illegal products, including 560 stamp bags of heroin, methamphetamine, numerous items of drug paraphernalia, and more than $2,370 in cash.
Police were assisting another law enforcement agency with an investigation when a known but currently unnamed 29-year-old DuBois man was detained for a probation violation.
When officers confronted the man, he was found to be in possession of the cash and methamphetamine.
The man also informed officers that he was hiding an additional 560 stamp bags of heroin inside a coffee maker. Those drugs were found and seized.
The man was taken to Jefferson County Jail on charges of possession with intent to deliver and other related charges, which were filed through Magistrate Bazylak’s office.
