DUBOIS — A DuBois man and woman are in the Clearfield County Jail and are facing theft and trespass charges.
DuBois City Police say 28-year-old Stephen Ladd and 32-year-old Erica Curran are accused of breaking into a Scribner Avenue house that was in the process of being sold and stealing multiple items including guns, alcohol, autographed sports memorabilia, and televisions.
Ladd and Curran were arraigned on felony charges this week after some of the stolen items were found in their Washington Avenue residence.
Another man was allegedly involved in the theft, but his identity and potential charges against him have not been released.
