DUBOIS — A DuBois man is facing charges of forgery and invasion of privacy for allegedly filming himself having consensual sex with a woman, and then posting the videos to an internet porn site.
DuBois City Police say 33-year-old Kevin Batts is accused of secretly recording the sex acts and uploading them without the woman’s knowledge or consent.
Batts reportedly claimed that he had a release form signed by the victim, but when shown the form the woman said she had never seen it before, and her name was spelled incorrectly.
A preliminary hearing for Batts is scheduled for February.
