DUBOIS – A DuBois man is behind bars after allegedly touching himself on a strangers front porch last week.
On September 9th police responded to a City of DuBois address after receiving a call stating an unknown man was at the property taking his clothes off and masturbating.
Upon arriving, police discovered 42 year-old John Kimberling was lying on the front porch of the home, they also noticed that he had no shirt on and his pants were unbuttoned.
Once he noticed police, Kimberling allegedly stood up and walked around the porch with a glass pipe.
During questioning Kimberling claimed he was not masturbating but commented that he was known for that. He also claimed that he believed the home was vacant at the time.
He is currently in the Clearfield County Jail with bail set at $25,000 dollars.
