REYNOLDSVILLE – A DuBois man is facing felony charges after he allegedly made a child inappropriately touch him.

On August 18th 2021 a guardian of the child victim went to police saying they were exhibiting inappropriate behavior learned from 52 year-old Jason Jablonski.

At the time, the child did not reveal any information to police, three years later the child told a different guardian what had transpired.

During an interview with police in May, the child told police that when they were five years-old Jablonski had exposed himself and made the child touch him inappropriately.

He is now facing felony charges of indecent assault of a person less than 13, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of a minor and endangering the welfare of a child. Jablonski also faces misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure and indecent assault.

Jablonski is currently in the Jefferson County Jail with bail set at $100,000 dollars awaiting a September 10th preliminary hearing.
