Clearfield, PA – A DuBois doctor accused of overprescribing medication has been found not guilty of the most serious charges he was facing.
70-year-old Henry Dela Torre was still found guilty of one misdemeanor for prescribing opioids to Rachel Shumaker, who later died of an overdose in 2016.
