DuBois, PA – DuBois City Police were called out recently for a possible domestic disturbance that thankfully turned out to much less serious.
Although a concerned citizen had called officers to a home in the 700 block on West Long Avenue last Tuesday night, it was found that a woman had just been yelling because her cat dragged another animal into the home.
In another case handled by DuBois City Police last week, officers helped with a stray dog. The caller had taken the pit bull into their place of business and provided food, water and shelter until the owner could be located. The Clearfield County Dog Warden was also notified as this has been a ongoing issue with the dog owner.
