DuBois City Council meeting covers leash laws and Radar Bill

SHARE NOW

DuBois – The issue of leash laws was brought up during the DuBois City Council meeting Monday night after a Golden Retriever was recently attacked by two dogs in the City Park.

DuBois City Police Chief Blaine Clark clarified those laws for the community.

Also, the city council is sending a letter to State Representative Mike Armanini, asking him to assist with getting House Bill 606 some attention.

House Bill 606 is the Radar Bill which would allow police departments across Pennsylvania the ability to use radar devices to detect speeding vehicles instead of using a stopwatch and visual aid.
