DUBOIS – Are you familiar with the role the Van Tassel Tannery played in the history of DuBois?
On Tuesday, the latest historical interpretive panel will be unveiled by the DuBois Area Historical Society, presenting the story of the Van Tassel Tannery.
You are invited to attend as the panel is unveiled at 10am Tuesday at Juniata Lake across from the Juniata Elementary School.
Representative of the Lumber Heritage Region, Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, and the DuBois Area Historical Society will participate in the unveiling ceremony of this eighth interpretive panel in the City of DuBois.
