DUBOIS – Deja Brew, which has had their doors open since late December has now officially cut the ribbon on their new venture.
We previously reported that the locally owned coffee shop offers a variety of specialties from espresso drinks, cold beverages, trendy choices, and so much more.
We heard from Julie Stewart, owner of Deja Brew, who is astounded with the progress her store has made in the past two months.
“We’ve been wanting to wait until everybody is trained, and we had a little better grasp on our workflow,“ explained Stewart. “So it’s been fun, but it’s been busy. We’ve gotten good reviews, and I think everybody’s happy with what they’ve gotten.”
Deja Brew is open daily with Tuesday being the only exception.
