LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP – One man is facing several charges after allegedly assaulting a woman and attempting to drive away while intoxicated.
On January 12th, police responded to a Warren Drive address for reports of a domestic dispute. Once on scene, police noticed a man attempting to drive away from the property.
After investigating they learned the man, 76 year-old Frederick Kanski, was allegedly under the influence when he assaulted the victim.
He has since been charged with simple assault, harassment and driving while under the influence.
