West Mahoning Township, PA – A dead cat was placed into a mailbox in Indiana County, close to Punxsutawney.
The victim, a 62-year-old Smicksburg man, says someone placed a deceased cat into his mailbox along Barnard Road in West Mahoning Township between March 5 and 7.
It’s unclear where the cat came from.
State Police in Punxsutawney are continuing to investigate.
