“Day of Hope” Proclaimed in DuBois

DUBOIS – Today is a “Day of Hope” in the City of DuBois.

Mayor Pat Reasinger will be reading the official city proclamation at the DuBois Middle and High Schools today in support of the district’s Hope Squads. The Hope Squad is a student-led, peer-to-peer suicide prevention group. According to the city proclamation, suicide is the second-leading cause of death in Pennsylvania for those between age 10 and 35.
