CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield man is behind bars after police responded to calls of him dancing in the street, leading to a warrant arrest and drug charges.
On April 9th, police responded to a West 5th Avenue address for reports of a man dancing in the street and in people’s driveways
Once on scene police confronted the man, identified as 27 year-old Tate Lowe, who police discovered was allegedly under the influence and had active warrants.
Police placed Lowe into custody and discovered drug paraphernalia on his person. He was then transported to the Clearfield County Jail for the warrants where he now faces drug charges.
