GRAMPIAN – A Curwensville woman was killed Wednesday afternoon when the vehicle she was driving smashed into a tree.
According to State Police, 44-year-old Lisa Collar was driving along Route 219, the Mahaffey-Grampian Road, in Greenwood Township.
For an unknown reason, Collar’s Suzuki SX4 hit an embankment before striking the tree head-on.
Collar was pronounced dead at the scene of the wreck.
