Curwensville man sentenced up to one year on corruption of minors charge

CLEARFIELD – After pleading guilty to a felony charge of corruption of minors, a Curwensville man has been sentenced to three months to one year in the Clearfield County Jail.

According to court records, 61-year-old James Schmoke allegedly exposed himself to a boy in a store’s restroom at Clearfield Square last October.

Schmoke was also sentenced to three years’ probation, participation in sex offender counseling, and he must register his address with law enforcement under Megan’s Law.
