CURWENSVILLE – A Curwensville man will serve up to 13 years in State Prison after pleading guilty to selling drugs.

In the summertime of 2023 a confidential informant purchased methamphetamines from 33 year-old Denton Best on four occasions. He was also facing charges related to a stolen motorcycle during this time. In a separate incident in April of 2024, Best sold a magnum revolver handgun, that did not belong to him, to an undercover trooper.

Now, after pleading guilty to drug/contraband possession and theft charges, Best was sentenced to serve four to 13 years in State Prison.
