CLEARFIELD – A 40-year-old Curwensville man will serve up to one year in the county jail after he pleaded guilty this week to corruption of minors and child endangerment.

According to court documents, Kevin Legenski was accused of having a sexual relationship with a teenage employee at his Clearfield business in 2021 and 2022.

Legenski was also ordered to serve five years of probation, complete sex offender counseling, and 100 hours of community service.

Prior to sentencing, the victim’s mother told the judge that Legenski showed signs of “predatory” behavior, and accused him of using “his position as the boss to have time alone with” the girl.
