CLEARFIELD – A 39-year-old Curwensville man charged with felony sexual offenses against a teen girl will be tried in Clearfield County Court.
According to Lawrence Township Police, Kevin Legenski is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 17-year-old girl who worked at the business he owned in Clearfield.
Legenski waived his right to a preliminary hearing on Wednesday.
He is in the Clearfield County Jail with bail set at $50,000.
