DUBOIS – A nationally known leadership speaker challenged local business and community leaders to focus on workplace culture.
During the DuBois Chamber of Commerce’s Business Connection, local speaker Chip Madera said strong organizations are built when leaders set clear expectations and maintain a positive work culture.
Madera shared a lesson he learned from a restaurant manager saying “There will be no compromise on customer service,” explained Madera. “There will be no compromise on quality.”
He told attendees that leadership is about more than strategy, arguing that work culture drives an organization’s success.
