UNDATED – The Federal case against former City Manager John “Herm” Suplizio and former city worker Roberta “Bobbie” Shaffer has been delayed until April 23rd.
According to court documents, Judge Stephanie Haines stated that the defense needed more time to properly go through all evidence to build a proper case.
Due to this the court has decided to grant the defense team’s extension request to April 23rd.
Suplizio and Shaffer are accused of allegedly stealing around $1.5 million dollars in city funds from 2008 to 2022.
