
Clearfield, PA – A man was found unresponsive with potential frostbite and a head laceration in Clearfield recently. Clearfield Borough Police say they were called to a South 2nd Street business for a man who was laying in a parking lot. He was covered in frost. The man appeared intoxicated and it’s believed that he fell in the parking lot. He was taken by EMS and later flown by helicopter to another medical facility. There’s no word on his identity or current condition.
A business on South 2nd Street was also damaged, but police do not say which one. Pieces of stone steps to the entryway of the building were reportedly destroyed. Police are still investigating.
Clearfield Borough Police also got several 911 hang up calls, so they went to the West Locust Street residence to see if anything was wrong. They discovered a young child had accidentally called 911.

Police filed traffic citations on a male who was observed in a security camera to be operating a vehicle with a suspended license.
Police responded to a W Locust St residence for multiple “911 Hang up calls”. Police located the source of the calls and discovered that a young child had accidentally called 911.
Police were dispatched to a S 2nd St business for an responsive male laying in a parking lot. Police arrived and located the male who was appeared to be covered in frost. The male appeared to contain potential frost bite and a head laceration. The male appeared intoxicated and is believed to have fallen in the parking lot. The male was transported by EMS and then later by flown by helicopter to another medical facility.
Police responded to a vehicle accident near the intersection of Fulton St and State Route 322. No injuries were reported and the vehicles were towed from the scene.
