CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield man will spend up to 10 years in State Prison after pleading guilty to rape.
According to court documents in June of 2024 Zackary Jenkins was out with the victim, where he began to kiss her and touch her inappropriately, despite her requests for him to stop. He then proceeded to rape her.
After pleading guilty to rape-forcible compulsion, he was sentenced to spend between 54 months and 10 years in State Prison with three years of probation.
