Clearfield man sentenced to nine months to two years in prison for attack involving brass knuckles


CLEARFIELD – Using brass knuckles in an attack has resulted in a nine month to two-year state prison sentence for a Clearfield man.

Following a guilty plea to assault with a deadly weapon charge, 31-year-old Michael Warrick was sentenced in Clearfield County Court for hitting a man in the head with brass knuckles.

Warrick and the victim were fighting about money at a Woodland residence in March.

The victim was treated for a skull fracture at Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital.
