CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield man was sentenced to spend up to 15 years in state prison after being convicted of molesting a 13 year-old girl.
According to police, 37 year-old Lance Spencer had put his hands into the 13 year-old victim’s pants.
Now, after being convicted of felony aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault of a victim less than 13 years old he was sentenced to spend between 92 months and 184 months in state prison.
