CLEARFIELD – After pleading guilty to indecent exposure, a Clearfield man has been sentenced to nine months to two years in state prison.
According to court documents, 58-year-old Michael Guy had originally been charged with several felonies in connection with an alleged assault on a 13-year-old girl in her home in 2022. As part of the sentencing Guy was also ordered to complete sex offender counseling, and he is not allowed to have unsupervised contact with any girls under the age of 18.
Related to the same case, a 45-year-old Clearfield woman must serve 18 months probation for her part in helping Guy avoid arrest.
Police say Brandi Boris drove Guy to DuBois and rented a hotel room for him. When Guy was tracked down and arrested, Boris reportedly drove away from the scene.
She later admitted to driving Guy to DuBois and renting the hotel room, and she pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of hindering apprehension.
