CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield man will serve up to nine years in state prison after pleading guilty to three felony charges of child endangerment.
36-year-old Kyle Couturiaux was originally charged with multiple counts of conspiracy and assault.
Both Couturiaux and 26-year-old April Eddy have been accused of assaulting, neglecting, or endangering five children at their home.
Eddy’s case will go to court in January.
She is currently free on $100,000 bail.
