Clearfield, PA – A Clearfield man has been sentenced to jail after admitting he had sent a sexual video to an underage girl on Facebook.
32-year old Patrick Luzier sent the video to a 16-year old girl back in March 2019. The video allegedly showed both Luzier and the teenage girl involved in a sex act to which the victim claims she had not given her consent for him to film. Luzier denied having sexual contact with the girl, but later admitted to the act and said it was the victim’s idea to record it.
Luzier has plead guilty to felony counts of child pornography among other charges and was sentence to serve up to 2 years in jail.
He must also now register under Megan’s Law and is not to have any unsupervised contact with any female minor.
