KYLERTOWN – More than 40 counts of child rape, indecent assault, and indecent exposure have been filed against a Clearfield man.
State Police say 28-year-old Justin Fillebrown is currently being held in the Clearfield County Jail, and he faces accusations of allegedly raping and assaulting two juvenile girls multiple times.
The investigation into Fillebrown’s actions began in December when a ChildLine report was issued.
In an interview with police last week, Fillebrown reportedly confessed to assaulting both girls several times at residences in Karthaus and Winburne.
A preliminary hearing for Fillebrown is scheduled for next Tuesday.
