Clearfield man faces charges of corruption of minors and unlawful contact

CLEARFIELD — A 10^th man has been accused of sending sexual messages online to a member of the 814 Pred Hunters group who was posing as a teenager.

Lawrence Township Police say 42-year-old Matthew Uncles of Clearfield is facing charges for trying to meet a 15-year-old boy.

Uncles reportedly sent messages about sexual activities and tried to set up a meeting with the boy at an auto parts store in Clearfield Thursday night.

Uncles faces charges of attempted corruption of minors and attempted unlawful contact with a minor.

His preliminary hearing has not yet been scheduled.
