Bradford Twp. – A 45-year-old Clearfield man will face multiple charges, including aggravated assault by vehicle, following an investigation into a traffic accident last October that seriously injured two people.
State Police say John Moore was driving while under the influence of heroin and fentanyl, and he was driving with a suspended license at the time of the crash.
Moore’s vehicle crossed into opposing traffic on Route 322 in Bradford Township and collided head-on with another vehicle.
The driver of the other vehicle and a passenger in Moore’s car suffered serious injuries.
Moore is currently being held in the Clearfield County Jail.
His preliminary hearing is set for Wednesday, May 25th.
