Lawrence Township, PA – A Clearfield man is accused of injuring and threatening a woman in a domestic assault case.
Around 9:45 on Sunday night, Lawrence Township Police were called to a home on Barn Road for a domestic disturbance.
The man, later found to be 40-year-old Dennis Fenton, fled the scene while the woman was on the phone with 911.
Fenton allegedly put his hands on the victim’s neck, leaving marks, and reportedly made threats with a firearm that he was possibly still in possession of.
Fenton was taken into custody without issue by Clearfield Borough Police Department officers that were assisting with the case.
Charges of strangulation, terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct are pending at this time.
